 ld from May 30 to June 4 in virtual Seoul\, Republic of Korea.\nWe are ver
 y privileged to organize the 50th Anniversary of this meeting.\n\nAt the m
 eeting we expect that many new and interesting results will be reported ei
 ther in oral plenary presentations or as posters online in one of the 16 
 topical sections listed below.\n\nAlthough\, because of the Covid-19 pande
 mic\, all the participants will be scattered throughout the world\, we bel
 ieve our spirits will be united by our interests in neutrino physics and 
 astrophysics in some special region of ZOOM-space.\n\nWe hope to provide
